Last week, the Year 1 class visited Windsor Parish Church to explore a very special sculpture of The Last Supper by artist Peter Barnes.

The children spent time studying the sculpture and finding some of the messages and quotes from the Bible threaded throughout the mosaic.

The children also explored the features of the church with Reverend Sally who said that ‘ the children were a delight, they listened well, showed respect and asked interesting questions.’

Thanks go to Reverend Sally for welcoming the children to the church for this exciting opportunity.

Teaching Assistant & Lunchtime Controller – 4 days / week available

The Governors wish to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant (4 days pw). We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals who need to enjoy working with children and have a flexible approach. Experience of working in both groups and 1:1 is essential.  Experience of working in Early Years and/or SEN children is desirable.

Salary according to Grade and Experience

Teaching Assistant 

Required 4 days a week 08:45 – 15:15 (30-minute Lunch Break)

Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri

TERM TIME ONLY starting ASAP

Starting salary Scale 2 sp 3-4 (£13.39- £13.60 per hour)
