Skipping Festival
On Tuesday 22nd November, Year 1 and Year 2 had the wonderful opportunity of taking part in a local skipping festival at Trevelyan Middle School.
The children’s behaviour was excellent and they were a credit to the school.
Each child tried their very best and all made
progress in such a short amount of time.
It was lovely to see the children take part in group and individual activities, such as long rope run through and skipping relays.
The children had an amazing afternoon and had lots
of fun. One child even commented “I am going to ask for a skipping rope for
Christmas”.
The children were delighted to receive their participation certificates. We were all very proud of the Year 1 and Year 2 children’s sporting skills and behaviour.
