QAPAFA ( P.T.A )

The Queen Anne Parents and Friends Association (QAPAFA)
The Queen Anne Parents and Friends Association (QAPAFA) plays a vital role in the life of our school community. Made up of parents, carers, staff, and friends of the school, QAPAFA works to support the educational experience of every child while strengthening the connections between home and school.
Through a range of social events, fundraising activities, and community initiatives, QAPAFA helps provide additional resources and opportunities that enrich school life. Funds raised have contributed to educational equipment, enrichment programmes, and improvements to school facilities, benefiting pupils across the school.
QAPAFA is also a wonderful way for families to become involved in the school community, meet other parents, and support the school's continued success. Whether helping at an event, sharing ideas, or volunteering a small amount of time, every contribution makes a difference.
New members and volunteers are always welcome. By working together, we can continue to create a vibrant, supportive, and enriching environment for all our children.

Fundraising
Throughout the year, QAPFA organises a wide range of events that bring our school community together while raising valuable funds for the benefit of all pupils. From year-group bake sales and themed activities to whole-school events such as the Christmas Fair and Summer Fair, these occasions are always well-supported by families, staff and friends of the school.
Following each fundraising event, QAPAFA works closely with school staff and the wider school community to consider how the funds can best be used. Ideas and suggestions are welcomed from across the school, helping to ensure that the money raised supports projects, resources and experiences that will have the greatest impact on our pupils.
This academic year we are hoping to raise £10,000! Can you help us do this?
Volunteering
QAPAFA warmly welcomes all parents and carers to its termly meetings. These provide a great opportunity to hear about upcoming events, share ideas, and become more involved in school life. If you would like to attend, please speak to a member of QAPAFA in the playground or email qapafa@gmail.com for further information.
Getting involved with QAPFAA is a wonderful way to meet other parents, have fun, and make a positive contribution to the school community. We are always keen to welcome new volunteers, whether you have an idea for a fundraising event, would like to help organise activities, or can simply lend a hand from time to time. Every contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated and helps us continue to support the school and its pupils.
