Our school won a new scooter rack after taking the top spot in the Big Pedal, the UK’s largest inter-school cycling and scooting competition.
It was unveiled by deputy mayor Cllr James Evans, who used to skate as a youngster, on Thursday, June 12.
He said: “I think that it is a good idea to have a scooter pod. It will encourage the children to scoot to school rather than travelling by car.”
